and Accounting Firm; however, with today’s technology, we can
offer cost effective services and solutions anywhere in the USA
and overseas.
Presently we service clients in 9 States including NY, NJ, CT, FL,
CA, RI, MA, DE and PA.
We have diverse clientele in Construction, Manufacturing, Wholesale
and Retail Trading, Hotel-Motel, Doctors, Architects and other
professionals and so forth. We also service several franchise businesses, including Sir Speedy, Pizza Hut, Burger King and Mail Boxes, Etc.
Kumar Majmudar, CPA
Accountant by profession and a musician by hobby, Kumar started his professional career as a Tax Accountant in India with Sarabhai Chemicals in Baroda, the 8th Largest Pharmaceutical conglomerate of India in 1979, involving multi-corporate level Tax Planning.

He obtained his B.S.in Commerce from M.S.University, Baroda, India and was certified as a Chartered Accountant ( CPA ) in 1979. After migrating to USA in 1980, he moved on to manage the accounting department of a Subsidiary of Petrobras, a fortune 500 company. He finally, made his dream come true in 1987 by obtaining his CPA License and starting his accounting firm in New York and moved his office to NJ in 2000.
His firm, Kumar & Co. CPA, P.C. is highly geared towards the latest technology, with online access with clients in over 7 States across the country , dealing with multiple accounting systems, data imports and transfers and file conversions. He is highly experienced in multi-corporation tax planning and cost controls, and has been handling clients in construction industry, Shipping industry, restaurant, motel and shipping Franchises and various other small to medium businesses.
He has kept his passion for music alive and has accompanied leading National Level performers like Manna Dey, Talat Aziz, Anuradha Paudwal, Shaan and folk music performers like Bhartiben Vyas and Nayan Pancholi of India and Abida Parween from Pakistan; on Keyboards and Synthesizers. |
